All sales are final.
All items will be sent by US Mail or UPS ground. Rates are based on the approximate cost to ship items from Zip Code area 80907 to anywhere within the U.S. mainland, with a small handling charge added to cover packing materials. We do combine shipping but there does not seem to be a way to do that on the ecrater system, so feel free to email us at [email protected] for a shipping quote on combined purchases.
We do pack well but insurance is recommended on breakable items sent US Mail. If you would like to insure an item, please add $1.70 to the total price. Charges for UPS ground shipment include insurance coverage on items up to a $100.00 in value.
Items are shipped within 3 working days of receiving confirmation of your payment.
We stand behind all our sales, so returns are accepted on any item for any reason. However, items must be returned in the same condition as sent, and mailed within seven days of receipt for a full refund. Visual records of all items and a copy of all relevant serial numbers are kept on file for comparison.
